The new DOMOTEX was a resounding success across the board, and the flagship trade fair in Hanover will continue to be held every two years. Following DOMOTEX Hanover, DOMOTEX Asia/Chinafloor will take place in Shanghai in May, followed by DOMOTEX South East Asia in Bangkok in November.

They're really stepping on the gas: DOMOTEX 2026 impressively confirmed its new position as the industry's leading international platform. From January 19 to 22, 2026, the trade fair in Hanover, with over 500 exhibitors from more than 50 countries, presented itself for the first time consistently as the Home of Flooring & Interior Finishing, successfully bridging the gap between high-quality floor coverings and holistic interior design solutions. The positive, pioneering atmosphere, the high level of international participation, and the strong involvement of leading market players made DOMOTEX the central meeting point for business, trends, and innovations.

DOMOTEX 2026 once again impressed with its high level of international participation, both among visitors and exhibitors. Trade visitors from numerous countries gathered in Hanover to learn about the latest offerings from leading manufacturers and used the trade fair as a strategic starting point for the new business year. The expansion of product categories and the positive feedback from retailers and tradespeople in the Retailers Park were particularly well received.

After Domotex Hannover comes DOMOTEX Asia/Chinafloor and DOMOTEX South East Asia

GLOBUS Events is partnering with Messe Stuttgart and Deutsche Messe to launch a new platform for the construction and interior design industry in Southeast Asia.

DOMOTEX South East Asia, R+T South East Asia, and Future Build Asia will be held jointly for the first time from November 11 to 13, 2026, at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Thailand. Building on the proven success of the long-standing joint organization of DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR and R+T Asia in Shanghai – the Chinese editions of the leading German trade fairs, which take place in Hanover and Stuttgart respectively and are part of the GLOBUS Event portfolio – the organizers are now bringing this powerful and proven model to Southeast Asia.

R+T South East Asia is joining the R+T Alliance as the seventh trade fair worldwide.
