Following the conclusion of its Frankfurt event, the brand is now strengthening its presence across key regional hubs. Alongside the established Prolight + Sound Guangzhou in China, the brand will debut Prolight + Sound Bangkok in Thailand 2026, marking a significant milestone in its global strategy.


Both events are designed to connect leading international brands with local markets where demand for entertainment technology and professional AV solutions continues to accelerate. This dual positioning allows the brand to remain globally relevant while embedding itself in regions where long-term growth is structurally supported and imminent.

Asia represents one of the fastest growing regions for pro-AV and entertainment technology. The Asia-Pacific market is projected to reach approximately 62 billion USD by 2030, driven by the expansion of hybrid collaboration environments and large-scale infrastructure development.

Prolight + Sound Guangzhou: Global Scale and Industry Leadership

From 28 to 31 May 2026, the China Import and Export Fair Complex will once again become the focal point of the international pro-AV and entertainment industry.



The 24th edition will span across 22 themed halls and 220,000 square metres of exhibition space, which is expected to host more than 2,200 exhibitors alongside over 110,000 visitors. It presents a comprehensive depiction of the industry, covering professional audio, stage technology, projection, lighting systems, multimedia integration, music production, LED display solutions, and conferencing technologies.


This scale and breadth reinforce Guangzhou’s position as the world’s largest trade fair for entertainment and professional AV technology.


Prolight + Sound Bangkok: Gateway to Southeast Asia

The debut of Prolight + Sound Bangkok will take place from 30 September to 2 October 2026 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).



The event is a strategic bridge between global suppliers and regional demand. It provides international brands with direct access to the ASEAN market, which encompasses more than 670 million people, while simultaneously enabling regional buyers to engage with leading global innovations.


Bangkok’s role as a major tourism hub, supported by governmentally forged creative economy initiatives and a rapidly expanding live entertainment ecosystem, makes it an ideal entry point. The city’s ongoing investment in events, festivals, and entertainment infrastructure further reinforces its importance within the regional market.
