Max Souchay's Live Lab with new leadership team

Live Lab is expanding its internal management structure.

With a newly formed leadership team, the agency is creating the foundation to enable further growth, sharpen its positioning and communicate its services even more clearly to the outside world.

This decision is part of a deliberate evolution: The management team, led by founder Maximilian Souchay, Managing & Creative Director Jonathan Schwarz, and Chief Commercial Officer Ralf Stucki, is being expanded with a leadership team. These new roles highlight what Live Lab stands for – strategic consulting, concept development, architecture & scenography, event production, and audiovisual content are becoming more tangible than ever.

The newly formed leadership team comprises seven people. Linda Rechsteiner heads Project Excellence, Dario Landolt Project Management. Lena Fritz is responsible for Conceptual Design, and Tatjana Glemser for Spatial Experience. In the Motion department, Miriam Rivas leads Creation and Romeo Janczer Production. Laila Schweingruber is responsible for HR & Office Management.

This step is part of a broader development. In 2026, Live Lab revamped its brand identity – a refresh that reflects externally what has long been growing internally: new locations in Riyadh and Dubai, a growing team, and new office space. The leadership team is now consistently continuing this development.
