With its third edition, CHEESEAFFAIR has definitively established itself as the national trading platform for Swiss cheese. Following the great success of previous editions, the fair seamlessly continued the positive expectations. During two intensive days, the Alte Reithalle in Aarau once again became the central meeting point for the industry.

In the sold-out riding hall, 115 exhibitors from cheese dairies and the supplier industry presented their products to an audience of approximately 735 trade visitors from the retail, gastronomy, and cheese sectors. The strong presence of major buyers and the growing interest from international guests underscored the national and increasingly international significance of the event.
The consistently positive feedback from exhibitors, visitors and organizers confirms: CHEESEAFFAIR has sustainably strengthened its position as the National Trade Days for Swiss cheese and is now an indispensable part of the industry's trade fair calendar.

Christian Rudin, a serial trade fair organizer, is working on new events: "After Cheeseaffair comes Glug from February 5th to 6th."
The diverse range of products on display extended from classic Swiss cheese specialties to innovative new developments and technical solutions for modern cheese production. The growing interest in sustainable production methods, new ripening techniques, and efficient processing methods, presented with great enthusiasm by the exhibitors, was particularly evident. The offerings were complemented by suppliers of technology, accessories, and ingredients, providing producers with valuable insights for their daily operations.
The proven booth concept, designed to ensure an equal and attractive presentation for all exhibitors, was once again very well received. It offered both established companies and smaller cheese dairies ideal conditions to effectively showcase their products. Visitors took the opportunity to discover the diverse flavors in a pleasant atmosphere and to learn about current trends and developments in the industry.
This year, as in previous years, expert presentations and panel discussions were an important part of the program. Experts addressed current topics, technological advancements, and quality issues. The presentations on food pairings and new marketing approaches generated particularly strong interest, further strengthening CHEESEAFFAIR's role as a knowledge and innovation platform.
A particular highlight of the first day of the trade fair was the networking evening, which brought together numerous guests from the industry and focused on personal exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. High-quality catering and atmospheric musical accompaniment ensured a thoroughly successful setting for meetings and conversations.
The organizers are therefore optimistic about the future. Preparations for the next edition are already underway, and it will further strengthen CHEESEAFFAIR as a central platform for exchange, innovation, and sales promotion within the Swiss cheese industry. The strong interest is also evident in the fact that 90 percent of the stands were already booked for the next event just one day after the fair closed.
